PITTSBORO — Pittsboro’s annual fall event — the Pittsboro Street Fair — is near.

The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, with the Rotary Club of Pittsboro partnering with the town of Pittsboro to make the festivities grand.

The Street Fair will feature more than 110 artisans and vendors, five food booths, eight food trucks, and two local beer vendors. The Rotary Trike Rodeo will also be a friendly competition for all ages, and the fastest times receive a trophy. Children can also enjoy the Kids Zone with bounce house, hula hoops and balloon animals.

Entertainment begins at 10:15 a.m. and includes performances (in order) from 7 Dance; Too Much Fun; PBO Center for the Arts; Groove Street; Bouncing Bulldogs; Dowdy Boys; Dance Connection; and Petty Thieves.

The Street Fair would not be possible without the support from the town of Pittsboro and 28 sponsors, including the fair’s main sponsors, orthodontist Dr. Tammy Severt and B&T HVAC.
