Inez S. Noles passed away Friday, June 18, 2021.
A Celebration of Life Service was held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Casey Chapel at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Sanford with Pastor Eddie Hill and Rev. Marisa Copeland officiating.
Mrs. Noles was born in Wilson County on October 7, 1924, to the late David Acton Smith and Melissa Renfrow Smith Horton.
Inez was predeceased by her husband of 71 years, Pascal T. Noles, and eight brothers and sisters. She graduated from Cleveland High School and Sanford Business College, where she studied accounting. She was employed with J.D. Ennis, CPA, and was later employed with Lee County Schools. She was a long-time member of Steele Street Methodist Church and a charter member of the A.S. Parker Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her son, Ron of Sanford; and one granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the A.S. Parker Sunday School Class of St. Luke UMC, 2916 Wicker Street, Sanford, N.C. 27330.
