PITTSBORO — Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Galloway Ridge with certification as a Great Place to Work.

The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Galloway Ridge’s locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

“We are excited to be recognized as a Great Place to Work for our second year in a row,” said Kim Hutter, senior director of human resources at Galloway Ridge. “Galloway Ridge is committed to attracting and retaining employees who embrace our core values of caring, commitment, empowerment, and integrity.”
